The Art of Speaking Up podcast was created with one simple mission:
Help more women become leaders.
Founded by prior 9-5-er Jessica Guzik, the show was created with the goal of offering career advice that was honest and that fully acknowledged the very real & human struggles that professional women grapple with in the workplace.
The show offers career advice that goes below the surface, addressing the deeper psychological barriers that can make it difficult to implement so much of the generic career advice that's out there. The aim of the show is to not only offer practical tools, but to help you see that there's nothing wrong with you if you're struggling, and that your struggles CAN be overcome and your confidence CAN grow.
