Amazing podcast for professional women of all ages!

This is an amazingly valuable and important podcast for professional women. Although it seems to be targeted at younger women, my 4 girlfriends and I (all late 30s to early 40s) often discuss this podcast because its topics are so relevant to us. After listening to each episode, I feel empowered to overcome my own challenges and also eager to empower other women who I know struggle with similar issues.
